There have been a few people reporting Photobook Designer giving an HTTP 417 error message when either starting a new book, or ordering a book.
The common thing has been customers reporting this are using TPG as their internet service provider.
It appears that this problem is a result of TPG making an
internal change back in June.
If your ISP is TPG, the following should address the problem for you.
1. Click Start Button
2. Click Control Panel
3. Double Click Internet Options
4. Click on the Connections Tab.
5. Click on the LAN Settings button.
6. Tick 'Use a proxy server for you LAN'
7. Enter proxy.tpgi.com.au in the address field
8. Enter 3128 in the Port field
9. Click OK in both the LAN Settings screen and the
Internet Options screen.
You should then no longer receive the 417 error and
everything should work as is it supposed to
