Hi there,

I am professional photographer with an interest in your 30cm books.

Do you have a profile for your printing process?  I am interested in soft-proofing and am skilled at doing this for CMYK processes.

What resolution is optimal for highest quality results possible?  (ie. is there any value submitting higher than 170dpi?)

Hi Andrew,

We don't currently have a profile available for soft proofing, it is something we do need to look into.

We currently optomise for 300dpi, (there have been internal argu....I mean dicussions as to what resolution is best, we have decided that it's safer to go higher).
