Since the 5th of October, some customers may have experienced a WSE910 error message when ordering their books or on the start up of Photobook Designer.
This is due to the eastern states daylight savings changes. The eastern states have extended their daylight savings by 3 weeks. This has caused a time synchronisation error between our server and customers PCs.
I have been working with our server host to get this resolved and we should have a resolution in place for this on Saturday 11/10, and I'm expecting by Sunday 12/10 that the issue should be fully resolved.
